Since early 2010’s I’ve been obsessing with living life prepared. I joined active duty Army and became an Infantryman, upon my exit from active duty I became an EMT and Firefighter until I decided to do the safe thing and settle into the cushioned role of construction manager.
I then had my first child and had the dramatic realization that I was in the shoes of someone I did not want to become. Upon this realization I reenlisted into the National Guard and put myself through police academy, where I was then employed by a department within the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
After several deployments and training missions, I turned my focus into teaching and training. I operate on our department’s SRT team as a Tactical-Medic and ground level operator, where I use the knowledge accrued from my previous roles and service time to better train the officers around me.
This is a LEO owned company, started for the proactive officers who want more than the standard 12 hours of department mandated in-service training.
Utilizing this platform and the associated social media, we will trade ideas, articles, videos, and gear to further and advance your role as an officer, soldier/marine, prepared civilian or hobbyist.
The logo represents the vision behind the company. The sword is often associated with divine authority and protection, while the wings symbolize transcendence and spiritual elevation. In Christian symbolism, these elements represent Christ’s protective power, authority and the ability to transcend earthly concerns. The combination embodies a sense of divine guardianship and guidance. Something I hope to incorporate into each training session, seminar and product that is produced.
My goal is that you you will walk away with a further understanding of what it is to be prepared for work. Whether its something as small as why you should always have a case of water in your car, to how to effectively engage and destroy a target that is threatening your life and the lives of those close to you.
Thank you for joining me on this journey, I hope you like what you see.
